For the money it seems like a good band but only time will tell. I tried it once and it does its job. A bit on the heavier side than the elastic resistance bands but hopefully will be durable. It obviously looks a lot stylish & there's nice colours and resistance to choose from.

1/2: The product comes with a leaflet with ways to use the band for lower body, upper body, core, back, and total body.2/2: The best part of the product is that, it has rubber grip on the inside-keeps the band from sliding on skin AND clothing.All in all loved the look and it's toughness, I got a medium resistance and I've been working for over an year most of which is focused on legs so, a medium is perfect for me. But if you think you need time to get used to using resistance band go for a easy then build up to hard or whatever the band with most resistance is called.Alright adio👋

The bands are very amazing and strong. I'm using it since around a year or so and it is still intact.Go from green to pink to purple to get the most out of it.The fabric is amazing and you get a full range of resistance.The only demerit is that it may slip from your knees to the end of your legs while doing workouts like donkey kicks and fire hydrants.

Just what I was looking for. These bands are of perfect thickness and resistance. Each of these bands has a small slip near the stitch from the inside that says light medium or heavy accordingly which I thought wasnot mentioned anywhere on the bands. Although they have mentioned that the bands are of same length, the lighter one is a little longer but it doesn't bother me that much since they give the desired resistance. The heavy one is too hard for me but may be I would feel differently after my own improvement.

I bought this a month ago.. And It's working perfectly good... If u want to workout at home .. this is perfect loop band.. I thought the resistancy will not be that good.. but it's literally worth buying... But u must follow the strict diet too.

I had been using the plastic-rubbery resistance bands by Decathlon before shifting to this one. After using it, I found these ones to comparatively have a better grip in comparison to the ones at Decathlon but they had an uneven stretch of the material while doing the workouts which was interesting. Also, level 1 is not challenging at all. I previously had been using the level 2 resistance band and I am using the 3rd level band from this set. I would recommend this mainly based on its grip.
