Q: Does the inner partition come out? I want to display multiple two sided 5x7 cards.And is the plastic strong and won't tear easily?

The inner sleeves are bound and do not come out. As for the poly sleeves, we would not recommend usage where you may frequently be adding content and taking it back out again. It's more for loading and leaving in for display.

Q: Does anyone know how to glue a photo to the front outside of the album? i can't find any adhesive that will stick to the rough surface.

I haven't used this on a rough surface cover but I have been using Mounting Squares (double-sided) on photos and decorative stones and they are extremely sticky. I use 5 per photo. They were bought from Amazon, are a good price for 1,000 and easy to use. I had taken a photo of the box but there is no place to upload the photo for this answer. They are the kind that have a heart pull-tab on each square. Hope this helps!

Instead of glue try an adhesive tape - I recommend a thin strip tear tape used for scrapbooking. I use this successfully when adhering to glitter card stock, so it will likely work on the plastic cover. I plan to make a fabric album cover and secure it with the strip tape.
