I don’t know what would possess somebody to eat 30 of these in the morning, but I could barely handle three. The directions say one serving size is 30 pills and I think they need to fix that because I think it will be very dangerous for someone to completely consume all of the pack. Other than that, they give me a lot of energy and help me focus. The value for the money is excellent. I think it is rather good quality and I depend on this as part of my vitamin supplement. They are very small and easy to swallow. I wouldn’t chew them but if you like fishy than go for it. I am adhd and autistic so it helps a lot. But please start small with the dosage.

I love that this product is sourced ethically and is third party texted for heavy metals to ensure safety, efficacy and not detriment! I can dig the taste! While the product is very easy to swallow as instructions suggest, I took the second suggestion to chew first as I do tend to enjoy earthy green flavors. It makes for a pleasant little snack! And in general I like and encourage getting the benefits of mastication! I also love the branding and packaging! My only critique is that we should find an ethical way to make packaging for the smaller 30 packs resealable for convenience… especially for those of us who are on a budget and have to portion out our intake of this great product! So happy and excited to add this to my superfood stack! Thank you for making such an amazing impactful product! 💚💙

Easy to get all your spirulina in a single dose. Flavor is pretty good but you can disguise it in a smoothie or just swallow the tablets. Great for getting healthy and feeling better
