It's very easy to use a d removes hair with no pain. But we have to use the epilator for three to four times to removes the smallest hair sometimes. And that makes skin irritation a very little. And the hair follicle grows again in 2 days.But i would recommend this product as it's easy to get work done without threading and it's pain for upper lip chin areas.

It's been less than one year and the product has stopped working. There is 2 years warranty but no way to contact the concerned person to get it repaired. So buy it accordingly
