Other uses
Sprinkle it on flap steak with sumac and salt and pepper and olive oil, bake 20 min in oven with some small tomatoes and serve it with basmati rice. Its restaurant quality kabob barg. I have to make it once a week because my family craves it. Its all about this seasoning.
