Tastes good even when warm on a long bike ride. Like the convenience of the individual packets good for a 20 ounce water bottle.

For everyone complaining about the salty taste, read the product description. Yes there is a slightly salty taste. Sea salt is a natural source of electrolytes. My trainer/nutritionist recommended this brand because it is one of the most clean options out there. The lemon lime and strawberry lemonade are the only flavors I’ve tried so far. The lemon lime is my favorite. It reminds me of a less sweet margarita! I really like the flavor. I mix it in my large Tervis Tumbler full of ice and water (probably 32 oz.). I don’t know that it would be as good if not mixed with a large amount of water. It might taste too concentrated.

I like Relyte but I should have gotten a different flavor Lemon Lime I think? Super salty so watch it if you have high blood pressure cuz it will give you a headache. Don’t recommend taking on a regular basis. I placed this in 16 oz water bottle and shake vigorously because it’s hard to dissolve. Drank it one time when I had a leg cramp and it was gone in 5-10 minutes! I usually use pickle juice but I was out. Overall, great for the money, easy, convenient on the go replenisher of electrolytes quickly.
