I was nervous that these wouldn't actually fit my spin shoes because I actually have road shoes that I put Wellgo Cycling Shimano SPD Shoes Adapter Cleats onto, but thankfully these pedals work with them! The pedals were easy to switch to on my home spin bike with a wrench and still feel secure after several rides. They were also a great price compared to what I thought I would need to order since my spin bike came with regular pedals for sneakers (not the hybrid that allows SPD clips like these). The instructions are helpful because they explain that you can adjust the tightness of the clip on the pedal to be a perfect fit for your cleats - I didn't read them in the beginning and they felt loose, so I went back and tightened the clip screw and they were perfect! I haven't had to tighten since, but it would be an easy adjustment, if necessary. Overall, I'm a fan and glad I can use my bike with these pedals + the Peloton app to get a Peloton experience without the price of the Peloton bike and subscription. Highly recommend if you're looking for a more cost-effective option!

Bought this pedal for my spin bike a year ago, using it regularly since. I had no issues with it and it works well. The pedal itself is solid metal. The coating/paint as well as the strap and plastic toe cage are are durable and holding up well, showing little wear. I have not used the clip so I cannot comment on its functionality. It is easy to install and has thread lock pre-applied, which is great. I would recommend these pedals and would buy it again.

This is the second set Ive purchased and always work well. I removed the included cages since I just needed them for the SPD cleats. Easy to install and quiet

These pedals are just fine for your spin bike at home. Easy to install. Build seems good. They don’t hold the cleats super tight, but. tight enough for spinning. Would I want them on my road bike? Probably not, but they are just fine for a spin bike. Great value especially compared to the other prices I saw.

I ordered these pedals to arrive the day before our Peloton because my wife has cycling shoes that are not compatible with the Peloton pedal and I don't have cycling shoes at all. I installed these pedals right after the bike was assembled. I ordered these clips specifically because my wife has shoes with 2 clip attachments and Peloton bike pedals are for 3 clip attachments. I don't have any cycling/biking shoes so this allows us to use her nearly new biking shoes and for me to still use the Peloton.Easy to install, only took a couple minute to unscrew the current pedals and put these in. Just loosened the existing pedals with a wrench and screwed these in by hand until the last few turns. Really easy!Construction seems solid. They have some weight to them as you'd expect.Overall a really nice product with a good price from what we found with comparative items. The double functionality for us is just what we were looking for!

In an effort to get more exercise during this pandemic, I bought our family the Bowflex C6 exercise bike. My wife prefers to strap in, and I prefer to clip in to the pedals. Unfortunately I had some problems with the factory pedals and clips. I decided to order these and I’m so glad I did! After 20 minutes I had the old pedals off and I was clipped in to these! It was pretty easy to get them installed, and all problems I had with the original clips were history! The 9/16 post length is the perfect size for this bike. My wife said the straps feel comfortable and secure! Well worth the price! The black pedals even look better with the bike!

These pedals started off okay, however when I first got them I had to really tighten down the binding's screws, as my shoes were not securely engaged in the bindings. Over the last few months, they would get loose and I have to re-tighten the screws (repeating this process over and over again every few weeks). The re-tightening always seemed to temporarily re-secure my shoes to the pedals. Now, I'm out of tightening room on the screws, it's basically bottomed out, they can't be tighten any more and my shoes are loose again, making these basically useless on the cleat side of these pedals. I suppose if you're not using cleats, then these are okay, but not enough to increase my rating. Kiss my $40 bye bye.

Feels like high-quality metal and was very easy to install. Just a note this set did not come with the SPD clips (it said it didn't include clips in the product description) for bike shoes but we already had them. Just make sure you buy those separately. The clips go in easily and come out with a simple twist. They have never come out unexpectedly while biking. Overall I would highly recommend these as a replacement to an exercise bike pedal. It does come with a strap side for people without cleats so I would not recommend it for road bike pedal replacements unless you want to take off the strap. The product came with left and right pedals but no clips for bike cleats.
