My wife and I have been using this gym workout kit at home, and it works perfectly for our fitness routine. The size of this is as if were made for small people. Good workout equipment for teens which is why I bought it to train my 13 year old.

Push up handles are plastic, but they do work well. Arrived early. Overall, I am happy with everything.

It came in a few days which was great but it didn’t come with an exercise book it would’ve been nice to have one. It was easy to put together but it didn’t come with a paper saying what goes together all in all everything is pretty good quality.

This is a good product. Packaged well. It arrived on time. I use it when teaching my 7 year old grandson good core building and muscle exercises.

It’s a decent roller for the price. It gets the job done, but the build quality isn’t top-tier. The wheels can feel a little unsteady on hard floors. Good for beginners but may not hold up to intense workouts long-term.
