I’ve been falling Amanda on instagram for a while and I found her very helpful so I purchased the book. I get so much good information from Instagram. It took me a while to make the time to pick up the book but I really wish I had done it sooner.It is informative and backed by science. It is interlaced with humor and whit and has so much great information!I feel like menopause isn’t something that my male ob/gyn is very well versed in and instead of telling me my symptoms have nothing to do with perimenopause and that I’m too young, this book confirms my suspicions and also tells me how to help myself through this challenging time.Wish I’d read it sooner.

This is a book with solid, evidence based recommendations. I bought one for myself and another friend. Now I follow the author on Instagram as well.

I LOVE this book! I must say it is awesome and I highly recommend that everyone read it. I even recommend it for those younger women who haven’t reached peri-menopause yet. I wish this book was around when I was in my 30’s so I would have been better prepared for what the future held for me. It is obvious that Amanda Thebe put her heart and soul into writing this book. It is well written, an easy read, and filled with much more information than I imagined! Don’t hesitate-get it now!

This book is brilliant. I am perimenopausal and I never realised the impact it has on your whole body, physically and mentally. I only ever really knew about hot flashes so when I started to get all sorts of stuff go ‘wrong’ (on top of horrendous mood swings), I thought I was falling apart. This book explains it all perfectly and is sensitive, honest and fun at the same time. It is also helping me not only to deal with my symptoms but to accept my changing body but “not let the old lady in”. I highly recommend!
