Badge is a good shape and printed well with clearly legible text. Came within a week of delivery however there was no magnetic badge attached as ordered - messaged customer service and they were very quick to respond and immediately sent out another replacement magnet.

Good quality materials used, magnet is strong and sturdy for securing through clothing, print is done well and professional on the badge. Faster posting options would have been appreciated hence the 4 stars.

I bought this NHS name badge because my medical school provided one with a pin, and I wanted a magnetic option to avoid damaging my shirts. This badge has been super convenient—just slap it on and go!My only slight complaint is that it’s a bit smaller than the original badge I was given. However, patients and other staff haven’t struggled to read it, even with my longer name that can be easy to forget. Overall, it does the job well, and I’m really happy with it!
