This book will get you ready to read more complex texts such as Box and Jenkins' famous book- Time Series Analysis Forecasting and Control.

This is a great book. I am still struggling with the more technical aspects of it (and may never be fluent with the underlying math), but I believe it will give helpful guidance with the process of choosing time-series methods that best fit one's data and research questions.To find this book useful, you will need to have a fairly strong grasp of the fundamentals of statistics.

The authors have made time-series model comprehensible.What I like most about the book is that it gives enough mathematical explanation between each model,and yet not too heavy for non-mathematician alike
