Some reviews of this in Amazon are quite true about the rubber smell when you open it for the first time, but as long as you keep it in the open, it is fine and will be gone in weeks. Not really an issue for me.But the result after using it for quite a while now is amazing and effective. there is nothing wrong with the actual product it is good quality and makes you sweat. However, when I am actually working out and especially doing cardio and I wear this, I feel so light headed no matter how much water I drink. So I guess if you can figure out how to stay hydrated without just sweating everything out and becoming weak and tired, then I would recommend. otherwise I think it hinders more than helps

Me ha durado unos ocho meses hasta que ambas caras han comenzado a despegarse, lo cual no está mal teniendo en cuenta lo que vale y que la he estado usando practicamente a diario durante al menos 30 minutos de ejercicio, por lo que me ha hecho sudar bastante. De lo que no estoy seguro es que sea efectiva, pero sudar aseguro que te hace sudar.

Ottimo prodotto'Fa realmente quello che dice!Fa sudare non poco,per un migliore risultato occorre abbinarlo alla attività fisica,logicamente anche alla corretta alimentazione.Io personalmente lo uso con l'ellitico,Wow una pozza di sudore :)Molto morbido come tessuto,senza parlare della sua chiusura in velcro,non si muove assolutamente.Un consiglio prima di utilizzarlo una bella lavata con acqua tiepida sapone neutro..mi raccomando NON lavatelo in lavatrice.
