I wish I'd bought this pillow much sooner. It is very comfortable and my aching neck and shoulders have mostly disappeared. This pillow had very good reviews and I'm certainly willing to recommend this to anyone. It's a little higher than my usual pillow height and the firmness is clearly helping to relieve any pressure on my shoulders ,neck and back. I can't recommend it highly enough and know I'm not going to wake up in pain

I bought this pillow having suffered from shoulder and neck pain over the past few months and wondering if it might help. I usually sleep on 2 pillows and wondered if I might find it hard to adjust to this lower level but actually I slept well from the first night. It is comfortable for both side and back sleeping and has a removable, washable cover. It does fit inside a regular pillow case too if you prefer to use your own. The memory foam is good quality and the pillow is keeping its shape perfectly. I can't say that I am suddenly pain free but I do think there has been a slight reduction in my discomfort. The eye mask was an unnecessary and unused extra for me.

Very impressed. Seen similar on tv and thought it was a gimmick but really help with neck problems. Sleep so much better. No longer wake up to get pillow comfy. Have bought a second pillow and now take with me when I stay away. Size is good and design is clever.

I have a neck problem and this pillow is perfect. My neck sits perfectly in its contours. I use the lower contour but the larger one is very comfortable as well.

After 26 days of using this pillow I can tell I'm not really happy with it. I'm writing this review at almost 2am so you tell me how it works.It's very firm!!! I do like how it bounces back to original shape but still it's too firm to be considered comfortable (and trust me I'm a person who slept in weirdest places, conditions and positions possible in my life so I have some experience lol). I'm a side sleeper most of the time and it's a nightmare finding the right position. I get shoulder pain from it.On a positive note it's got a decent size though, I expected it to be way smaller so that was a pleasant surprise. Also, you get a little extra satin eye sleeping mask which is awesome. I have 3 other eye masks and this one is my favourite now.Overall it's a really good quality pillow, it doesn't feel cheap at all, doesn't smell funky and the foam works properly but for me personally comfortableness is the most important aspect of a pillow and thus I can't give it 5 stars.

So after spending a fortune on every type of pillow under the sun I thought I’d give this one a go after reading the reviews and researching cranial pillows for neck injury/pain. Quick back story, I was in a car accident some 20 years ago where my C1 and C2 were permanently damaged giving a lot of pain and limited left and right movement. Getting older was making it worse and I was having chronic pain every morning and disrupted sleep during the night. When the pillow arrived it was rolled up in a small box. It’s definitely worth taking it out and giving it several hours to expand because it does make a difference. I’ve tried it for a week now. It has improved my sleep and pain enormously which, being extremely cynical about reviews, I’m really surprised at. I tried two nights on the higher side and five on the lower. I’m a side and back sleeper. The higher side is great for lying on your back but I found lying on my side made my ear feel very squashed and after day two I woke with a headache. I turned the pillow around to the lower side which sorted all that. No more squashed ear or headache. I’m 5’2” and I found the size just right for me. I’m not scrunching my shoulders up in my sleep anymore and I’m waking up with minimal pain. Sleep is definitely improved. This is not a miracle cure and has made no difference to my movement range but to be able to wake up with no pain is lush. I would recommend this and plan to buy another for travelling.

The pillow fits my own pillowcases perfectly and looks great on the bed. It is incredibly comfortable when I sleep on my back and has eliminated my neck pain.The photos indicate that the pillow is good for side sleepers but I find it quite uncomfortable if i turn on my side.Really reasonable price for the quality of the pillow.
