My husband got it for me for Christmas, and I really love it. I recommend you to use the little thing for aroma therapy because it smells weird when you use it the first time. But that thing makes everything smell great, I love it. I usually load it with towels before getting a bath. And it looks so cute, I have it on the side of my mirror .

This towel warmer is great. I love it, it’s exactly what I needed. Not too big, don’t doesn’t take up to much space in the bathroom.

Takes long to heat up towels but it works nicely. We usually put in the towels 10 minutes before our shower and by the time we get out the towels only semi warm it’s not hot as wanted.

MUST HAVE. 100/10 CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I have owned this product for almost 2 years and bought my mom one as well about 1.5 years ago for her birthday. We use these warmers on a daily basis and they are AMAZING. Although 3 weeks ago, the heating element on my warmer stopped working and I was heart broken as I use it religiously. I wasn’t sure if there was a warranty policy on this item especially since I bought it so long ago, but I went ahead and sent an email to inquire. After I gave customer service my order number and a description of what was going on, they said they would replace the item for free and the next day sent me tracking information. Not only is the product great but the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING. They have made a lifetime customer out of me!!!!!!!

If you have never tried using a towel warmer, consider purchasing this model from Keen Ray. It holds two large towels or one towel and pajamas. Such a luxury to have a warm towel to wrap around you after a shower! This particular model of Keen Ray has served us well and the company stands behind their products.

This towel/blanket heater is a WINNER. Why didn't I purchase this years ago? I hate getting out of the shower and freezing cold, but grabbing my HOT towel out of this warmer is the best thing ever. It is big enough to hold three towels and my pj's. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made.
