Well Crafted Blends
These essential oil blends are the real deal. Each one carefully crafted with specific oils to aid in relaxation and rest.You might wonder if they are worth the high price. Basing my opinion on having studied aromatherapy since the 90s, I believe these are indeed a matter of you get what you pay for. Each one has the fragrance that it should, given the included oils. It’s relatively easy to pick out each oil from the blend.When you see an inexpensive set of essential oils, it’s a guarantee that they are adulterated or not what they say they are. Frankincense in particular, is frightfully expensive, and yet you will see bottles for a few dollars. Another red flag is when they claim to be therapeutic grade. There is no such standard in essential oils, it’s a marketing term.Another cost cutting maneuver is to use solvents to obtain the oil. I can’t tell you how many bottles I’ve put my nose to and could easily pick out the solvents. Bad for your health in every way.This set contains components that are not cheap, such as the frankincense, as well as oils that are quite reasonable, such as lavender. It’s worth noting that the chamomile is Roman chamomile, more expensive than other varieties but, in my opinion, much more effective.The only problem I had, and I believe this to be a rare occurrence since I have had multiple orders from this company without incident, is that this particular set had a leaking bottle.It could’ve been due to the fact that I am high altitude, but worth noting, especially since, as you can see, the leakage discolored the tops.Because this is the only time I’ve seen this issue from this company, my belief is that it is probably a rare occurrence, and therefore it’s still deserves a five star rating.

Scents = 5/5, Value = 3/5
I've tried a number of essential oil blends from Vitruvi, and I've been pretty impressed across the board. They have one that I use in my kitchen to keep it smelling fresh and clean (pine, lemon, clove blend), and others that are appropriate for different moods/areas. They're all of high quality and well-blended with great scents. These oils are no exception, though I'm slightly less convinced by the Nightcap blend than the other three, as it's a bit sharp and odd for a relaxation/evening oil. I've enjoyed them all, though.The problem for me is the value for the tiny amounts you receive. Basically, you're getting 5ml of each oil, and if you're not able to easily imagine exactly how small that amount is, think of it in terms of a tablespoon. 1 tablespoon of liquid is approximately 15ml, so you're getting a third of that in each of these. It doesn't go a long way. Another way to look at it is that you get about 20 drops per ml, so you're getting plus or minus 100 drops here. I have different diffusers in the house. One requires oils to be placed into water, and the other atomizes the oil directly. In either case, 100 drops doesn't go a long way.Across the 4 oils, you get 20ml in total, but Vitruvi sells each in 15ml bottles as well at a price that's more economical per ml. Each of these four scents in 15ml costs between $26 and $32, but for whatever reason, these tiny bottles packaged together cost approximately double that for barely any more. To put it another way, if you bought the four scents in larger bottles, it would cost double what this set costs, but you'd get three times as much of each. It may be worth buying this sampler pack the first time to see which you like, but after that, it's worth it to just buy larger bottles.Long story short: great scents; Vitruvi makes excellent oil blends. This sampler is not well-priced compared with the larger bottles.

Quality essential oils that smell amazing
I have tried quite a few essential oils from this brand lately and have been thoroughly impressed! This particular kit, the Vitruvi Unwind Kit, is actually my favorite kit out of the other few I tried!I am obsessed with both Sleep and Dusk. Both are perfect for right before bed, or even laying in bed! I usually use one of these right before I lay down and let it go until it’s empty some time overnight. They are both divine and I can’t figure out which I like more!Quite is my least favorite, but it still smells nice! It’s got this almost stinky sock under scent in the bottle, but it doesn’t translate when it’s actually diffusing thankfully. It’s not as appealing as the other two but still a good essential oil.Nightcap is an odd one, but I still like it and burn it frequently. The blood orange and the black pepper makes it sort of uplifting, and the ginger sort of brings it all together. It’s different, and not one I would have thought I would have liked based on the ingredients. But it’s actually quite nice. What’s odd about it is everything in it points to it being an uplifting sort of scent, and on first whiff from the bottle it seams that way as well. But once you get it into a diffuser it’s really mellow and calming.Overall this is a fantastic set! While the bottles are quite small at 5ml, you actually get a lot of mileage out of them since you really do only need 1-3 drops max. I’m one to over do essential oils and use more than suggested, but even I only use 3 max or else it’s way to strong. Overall highly recommend!

Deceiving
The smell is repelling. I like earthy and this claimed to be earthy it was not a pleasant smell at all. Let alone it was leaked on arrival.
