I gave 2 of these as gifts, but the opener is tricky to use and often doesn't work. They were too nice to say something sooner, so I can't return them, but I will be buying replacement openers as gifts again this year. The other items in the kit are ok.

Great gift!

The opener broke in a "stuck" non functioning position after less than 25 uses. No customer support to turn to. Tossed the opener but still using the other tools.
