The smaller unit included in this pack does not recharge. I used it a few times, then tried to recharge but battery is defective and does not recharge. After 2 months that part of the order is worthless.The main unit seems to keep working after 3 months of consistent use. No results showing yet, but my skin is soft from the gel. If I do not put a good, solid layer of the gel, the electrical impulse hurts my skin. There appears to be 3 levels and it is less painful at the low level. The instructions are not so great.

Al momento de esta reseña es dia 11 de abril sigo sin ver nada. Estoy utilizando la maquina de acuerdo a las instrucciones. Si antes del dia 7 de Mayo no veo cambio alguno estaré en la obligación de devolverla ya que es muy costosa para quedarme con algo que no me va a funcionar. La utilizo 2 veces al dia por 5 min.El tamaño es cómodo ya que mi rostro es pequeño. No lo llevaría en la cartera porque se debe utilizar con el rostro limpio ademas que la batería podría dañarse. No tiene un botón para graduar la frecuencia. No trajo una bolsa para guardarlo y mantenerlos protegidos. Es muy costoso para que sea un regalo y si a eso le añadimos que no hace nada en el rostro entonces sería un desperdicio de dinero.A 4 días de uso no lo recomendaría. Veremos como me va en las próximos semanas.Volveré a seguir actualizando hasta que se acerque el dia de la devolución

The little one is a complete waste of money. I never used it and then when I went to use it, it wouldn't hold a charge.

Good product, I was using it every day and getting results but it stopped working after 3 months… I read other reviews saying the same thing. BAD. How can I get my money back ?

Both pieces work really well and are easy to use but then after three weeks of daily use, the mini just stopped working. Maybe I got a faulty unit. Really would like a replacement of the mini.

I am an esthetician and I personally loved these devices. The Fix, however, has already died on me. The light will come on when I charge it but even after it's fully charged, it won't turn on anymore. Super disappointed because it made a big difference in my droopy eyelids and now I can't use it anymore.

The mini won't hold a charge. Purchased in April 2021 and have charged it once since purchase and now it won't hold a charge.

Purchased this set (NuFace Mini + Fix). While the mini still works after several uses, the smaller 'Fix' no longer charges after about 5 uses which I got out of the first -aaand turns out to be its last- charge. The light will come on when plugged in but the battery doesn't charge at all, and the device won't work while plugged in either. so stay away from the set, it looks like it is no longer available and probably for a reason-only half of the set actually switches on.
