FlexzillaPro Water Hose Reusable Fitting, Male, 5/8 in. - RP900625M

So glad to find this reusable fitting here on Amazon. It is the perfect, inexpensive fix for my flexilla hose. Installs easily in a few minutes, doesn't leak, great product!

I have a couple of Flexzilla hoses and like them. The overall quality is very good. So, when I needed a new connection for a non Flexzilla hose, I decided to try this. It worked perfectly 🎯 installation was easy. I was expecting more difficulty so I clamped it in a vise but that was totally unnecessary. The hose end pushed onto the fitting very tightly but without crazy effort. The compression fitting screwed overtop very snugly. The coiled strain relief slips on easily but stays put.This is as close to a factory compression fitting as I have found. Yea, these are not inexpensive but given that they actually work reliably and are completely reusable, it’s a bit easier to justify.Mini update: 🔸Make sure you push the strain relief on until it snaps into place. It’s not just a friction fit; it actually click-locks onto the coupler and stays put 🔸 I missed this initially.

Very nice and quality

Bought this to repair a typical hose from Canadian tire or Home Depot. Wasn’t sure if it would work since it’s not the Flexzilla brand hose, but worked like a charm on a standard 5/8 rubber hose. Sure it’s like 10 times the cost of a barbed fitting and hose clamp, but nothing sucks more than trying to twist one of those fitting together with another hose or water spigot and it spins or skins your hand….. this flexzilla end looks great, tightens up nice, no slipping, no hurting your hands on a hose clamp….. even though it costs a fortune, I will definitely be buying more when other crappy hoses start to leak at the fittings. If I didn’t already have a million hoses, I probably would have bought a roll of the flexzilla hose too. Not sure how long it will last, but I’m loving it so far!

Works great ❗️Already a lot of reviews here. I’d just like to add that the connector works well on non Zilla hoses as well. I had recently used the female version to fix the other end of the hose in my picts because it had fused to a stuck Y-valve from a decade of hard water. Liked it so much I picked up the male unit for the other end. The factory male end was still fine but the hose near the end had an annoying kink / weak spot.Simple to install. Cut hose, drop on strain relief, drop on threaded compression nut, push coupler on end, thread on compression nut, tighten with a pair of wrenches, snap on strain relief.
