Fabulous product that is great for increasing dental health
My use of this water pic is going to make my dentist VERY happy! It fits easily onto the little bathroom sink counter, and it holds a charge very well. Great quality - no leaks, no misplaced water (unless my aim is off!), and is very adjustable, so it's possible to work toward better gum health by just increasing the water force every few days; my gums never hurt at all using this. There are a variety of heads so no matter what your needs, there is a head to address it. Wish I had hod one of these back when I had braces!!

Designed to Satisfy
Designed to Satisfy! I have used this Waterpik ION for only a few days, and never have I previously used a water flosser. But this unit was recommended to me by a hygienist because of periodontal pockets. I had no idea how much I would enjoy using this Waterpik ION! Only required a couple of uses before I had the method down pat. I love watching the food particles getting flushed out from around my teeth! It feels very good when finished, and yes, it even feels good while it is doing its thing. I will be using this Waterpik along with brushing and string flossing. Looking forward to hearing the praise from the hygienist when I go back in 6 months! Everything about this unit is top of the line!* Added 5/1/25: After more than one month of constant use, I like it so much that I am already thinking about using the Waterpik before I am done with the meal! That is no joke. I have for years been a fan of toothpicks, but these days they take a backseat to my Waterpik. I try to keep it empty over night, and I have charged it approximately 3 times. This is an awesome, fun-to-use unit! I keep the pressure set at 3. The higher I set the pressure, I began to feel gum soreness, so I simply keep it dialed back to 3. YMMV, of course. :)

Great small unit
I had to replace my old Waterpik that I had for probably 20 years. That unit took so much space on my bathroom counter that it didn’t get used as much as it should have. I really read reviews about what brand for replacement. Waterpikstill came out on top, this unit is great in so many ways. First it’s less than half the size of the older unit. Second, it’s cordless so it can be placed exactly where I need it without an ugly cord along the vanity. True its size limits the amount of water storage but thus far plenty for a good cleaning. I it has multiple pressure adjustments and comes with an assortment of tips that can easily be interchanged and a case for storing them. Another thing great about this is the handle and ford eaiky wraps itself back on a center ring on the side and then magnetically holds the handle keeping it all very neat looking. I wasn’t in need of a new electric tooth brush but if I was would definitely have looked at the combo unit.

Excellent flosser but with a couple od design flaws
13 months of use and there is a lot to like about this flosser. Small footprint, excellent water pressure settings, rechargable battery so no worries about electrical wires around the sink, perfectly sized (for us) reservoir satisfies one cleaning and is easy to detach, fill and clean. The teeth and gums definitely feel cleaned after use and our dental hygienist confirms the positive results..However the design flaws center around the flosser handle on/off sliding button and water cord. At first I was enthralled with the cord design as it was perfectly coiled to go back into shape and (pull) the handle back to nestle in the upright holder. However, after almost a year of use the cord has lost its original shape and is kinked in a way to keep from returning to its desired shape and position. The result is the flosser handle now is laying on the counter next to the unit, no longer hygienic. I have played with it enough to realize it has lost its ability to recoil as designed and needs to be replaced (not good after just 1 year of use. For clarification, I am 5'9 and my wife is 5'4. So when in use, as we bend over the sink the cord isn't being overly stretched considering the unit sits on a standard height vanity. I would think users who are over 6' tall may encounter issues with over-stretching.The other issue is the sliding on/off switch on the handle becomes stuck and is very difficult to move, at time requiring 2 hands to force it on and/or off. Customer service recommends soaking the handle monthly in hot water for at least 30 minutes to loosen any gunk, particularly if using mouthwash in the reservoir. I have cleaned it but it is definitley still not easy to use.The warranty is for 3 years thankfully. I found curstomer service to be fast and helpful even though the initial CSR was a little unsympathetic at first and dutifully went through a list of maintenance fixes, but after a quick back and forth regarding the cord issue a new cord and handle was ordered as replacements. I am hoping we don't have to order a new handle/cord assembly each year.Other than the 2 issues the flosser would definitely get a 5 star rating from us, but unfortunately in our opinion we have taken excellant care of the unit and the problems are more of a design, rather than use issue.
