Loved the vivid color on the widescreen. Excellent buy for the price. The battery lasted 4 days before needing to recharge. However, I do not play video games. I had no problems adding additional apps from the play store. Once my wifi password had been added I put my phone next to the tablet, went to bed, when I woke the next morning my tablet had been completely set up with all apps and contacts that were on my android cell phone. Oh, and the battery was 100% charged when I took it from its box. For the price, it's an excellent buy.

I would give this product zero stars if I could. I bought this tablet for my mom, so she could Skype with friends and family. After reading the reviews of how responsive the tablet was, how great the 1080p video quality was for video calling, as well as seeing all the beautiful and wonderous marketing materials on the product page, I was sold! Perhaps the customer reviews, decent specs, low price, and marketing photos set my expectations too high, but this is by far the worst tablet I've ever purchased. First off, I immediately noticed the audio jack was misaligned with the plastic casing due to poor build quality. To be clear, it wasn't broken, the outer casing wasn't designed correctly, and it would be difficult to insert a headset. The power and volume control buttons were very loose, which is also apparently by design, and I fear they could break quite easily. The touchscreen was very laggy and froze for several seconds while running through the setup. The speakers are actually mounted on the back, which makes hearing video calls difficult, since the sound is traveling away from you. The speakers also had a lot of static and crackled when playing music at only 50% volume. During a test call with my pc on the same network, the video quality was very grainy and laggy, both on the tablet and the pc. Nowhere near the advertised 1080p, more like 240p? All things considered, this was a very poor quality tablet.

I have purchased two of these for my kids school work. I was looking for tablets that had SIM Slots and these were offering a great price point. I decided to give them a try and overall I am quite satisfied. If and when there has been any sort of issues with the product their customer service team is very responsive and responsible and they help you out with your concerns. Based on this I would rate them a solid 5 stars. With products that dont have a brand name backing, I definitely appreciate a good customer support. Overall the touch screen and screen resolution are fine. The speakers could have been a bit better but with my needs they dont bother me much.

The tablet is nice,battery stays up long and my son use for games but i really want him to use as a phone also but just cant get the sim to work..everything else is ok

I ordered this tablet and absolutely loved it. I didn't have an issue with it powering on or charging. But like any electronic it's possible for this to happen. This is why there is warranty. I understand this was just bad luck on my part and nothing to do with the overall craftsmanship of the product. What matters to me is they are honoring a replacement.Prior to the incident with not charging, the battery life was great. The volume was loud. The screen is a perfect size. I do recommend this tablet.
