Like old fashion horse-hair strips used in costumes. All of a sudden everyone has gone mad for it and want it in the hems of their couture styled gowns- floor and sleeves. Even want it on the edges of Organza fish-line ruffles.. Not a bad thing on the ruffles cause you can use a overstitch instead of a Overlock loop feeder and not have to pull the stitches over the fishing line. Of course- you need 1/2" or so for that. Don't try to cut it lengthwise - frays bad

Product didn't come with the pull strings to collapse the edges, even though other reviews said it did come with them.

Love love love it. Will buy more over abd over again. Used for my prom girls. They loved their dresses.
