Douk Audio DSD1796+XMOS-U8 USB DAC 384K/32bit Audio Decoder Hi-Fi Headphone Amp (Silver)

I bought this product despite having no prior experience with this brand. This portable DAC had some awesome feature list for the price.The good:• Compact form factor.• Plays PCM and DSD.• LED indicates what format is being played.• LED also indicates sample frequency for PCM.The bad:• Really flimsy build quality.• Poorest quality 3.5mm headphone jack I have ever seen.• Mediocre sound quality.Conclusion:I’ve spent time with the Chord Mojo and it is my benchmark portable DAC. I wanted to give this budget DAC a try purely based on the low price and the awesome feature list. The sound quality of the Douk Audio is very mediocre and is probably acceptable at this price point.The headphone jack is of very poor quality and does not hold any of my headphones firmly like any of my other devices. Though this DAC has a metal enclosure, the overall build quality is very flimsy and pedestrian.After about a month of careful usage the Douk Audio DAC stopped working. The blue LED would not turn on neither with the USB input nor via the DC input. To ship the defective product back to the seller for servicing, who is based overseas, is going to cost me more than half of what I paid for this device. I wish I had known this before purchasing this item. : (

with the default driver ,u can use it at 384k.no need to be installed the driver in the disk.
