Q: Can anyone tell me if they've had luck using this on a smaller than 21" frame? I'm 5'6" and my bike frame is only 17". 21" seems huge!

Used it on an 18-inch standard hybrid frame (diamondback trace sport) and a 19-inch rental city bike without a problem. No joy with 17'' diamondback vital 2 (wrong type of frame, plus the rack was in the way).

Q: Does this purchase include the adapter that goes on the bike and the adapter that goes on the seat? Do I have to buy the seat adapter/insert separate?

Thank you for your interest in Thule products! This adapter would go on a second bike so you could move the bike seat from the first bike to the second. The Yepp Maxi seat comes with one of these already for the first bike you would attach it to.

No, the easyfit seat is not compatible with the Seattube Adapter.
