Great Customer Service Handbook for HVAC
This is a great book on customer service. Everyone should read it to for soft skills training. It is a great book to give to new employees!!!!!

Excellent read. Lays out the proper customer service procedures for a service technician and the office support staff. The situations illustrated are perfect for helping to develop customer service skills. It is specific to HVAC; however, it a must-read for any customer service-focused company.

Good Info, Poor Digital Conversion
The information presented in this book is great for every HVAC contractor. I ordered the Kindle edition because the book edition was out of stock. Seems like a lot of the information got jumbled up in the digital conversion to an e-book. Or, maybe it's just poor proofreading on the author's part. Still lots of good information, but the errors drive an anal person (me) crazy.

Used this book as part of my technical college curriculum. Easy to follow and understand. If technicians follow Steve's advice, they will do well in any service related business.

use this for yourself and buy for your employees. Not just exclusive to HVAC, lessons to use in all customer service bases industries.
