East to install and store. ๐
I love this pull up bar. The last one we had went over the door frame and could only be used with the door open. It was big and bulky and difficult to store when not in use. After using it a while it pulled off the molding on the top of the door. This one wedges inside the door frame, and it can be left in place with the door open or closed. Positioning it in the doorway is quite simple. Just twist until it is firmly in the doorframe . It has an interesting wedge that is a safety feature to stop it from sliding down The door frame. It is very sturdy, yet small and easy to store. Great value.

This feels stable when installed however it slips or falls after a few uses which means having to tighten it after every use & not trusting it to remain in place when using.

Installation is easy. However, it will cross the danger zone and will slide over time, which will require to re- install it.I don't use anything heavy on it. Only a simple swing for a toddler.

Good pull up bar
Better alternative to traditional pull up bar that can leave marks/imprint on doorframe, chipping away at the paint. Easy set up.

Door Frame pull up bar. No screws required!
Easy to use. Bar feels sturdy and I feel safe doing pull ups with it. I don't think I'll have to worry about it slipping, but I still wouldn't risk hanging upside down from it. Very happy with this purchase. I don't own the house I'm in, so I don't want to use the pull up bars that require holes to be drilled.
