The media could not be loaded.  I used Ardwolf (old model A20) for 5 years, and I choosed it again because the convenience of fingerprint unlock and A50 is the only lock I can find which can cover both holes on the door. So far I'm impressed by the build quality and the improvement since the old model.Highlight:* Very easy install: No drilling needed if the door has both single-latch + deadbolt installed previously. It is important to have a lock with a large enough panel to cover both holes so I don't need to find another lock with matching color.* Robust design: Only two wires (battery power) need to be connected to the back panel because all controller chips are in the front panel (the old model has 10+ wires).* Very easy operation: With the text menu on OLED screen, I don't even need to read the manual for normal tasks such as adding/removing users. A huge upgrade to the olde model which has only two digit LEDs in the back panel.* Waterproof: it is very thoughtful to add a rubber seal between the front panel and door.* No wifi, no bluetooth: yes, it is a highlight to me. Lock is not a phone, less wireless connections means smaller attacking surface and longer battery life. I never needed remote lock/unlock because I can easily add a temporal passcode in advance to share with guests. Thanks to the convenient fingerprint unlock, I have the habit to always leave the door closed & locked even when I check the mailbox a few steps away.Lowlight:* It sometimes takes two touches to activate the num pad, then the numbers are visible, which is not a big deal.* The handle feels heavier than the old model, but it is not a problem for a 5-year old kid (see video).Overall, this is no-brainer if you just need a durable fingerprint door lock.

Okay installing but very cunfusing and hard to program. Instruction not helpful. Had get help from youtube.

good metal lock, durable. But there was one problem, it didn't fit my door and I had to send it back.

I had to get it professionally installed but it’s very easy to use and setup. You can have a lot of different users setup with fingerprint and code.

Nicely engineered product. Just too bad they don't put much effort into the customer experience.

This product was total crap. We had a couple contractors come out to install this and not only are the instructions hard to decipher, but the product would not unlock. After several attempts we have just given up on this. The reviews say it is easy to install: totally bogus. I don’t normally leave reviews, but go with another product.

I love my new fingerprint/code door lock. Couldn't have it any other way. It’s convenient, simple, safe, and only need one finger to get into your door.
