This is supposed to help health in many ways, important for intestinal health. I believe Life Extension has good science-based formulas. It does have some questionable ingredients though like maltodextrin and stearic acid and copolymer that I wish it did not have.

Big Bottle, Few Tablets
This may be a good product, I’m not sure yet since it’s just my second order. These are way too expensive to get so few. They are packaged in a big bottle and only the bottom is filled. The bottle is dark blue, but take a look at the photos. I just opened this and none have been removed. Nope.
