Stoopid is as Stoopid does
My fellow Stoopidheads don't need me to review the music for them. They already know it's an amazing album from start to finish. So I'll just review the vinyl itself. It is well constructed and audiophile quality on 2 180g records. The gatefold cover is also well constructed and the album art is beautiful inside and out. Just get it already!

Great album, great price, fast shipping
Great album, fair price, fast shipping and in excellent condition when received. The shipping boxes for vinyl are very good and keep the albums in great condition. This was a new, unopened item.

First Slighty Stoopid
I love this album! It is the first album I ever owned one by these guys. Every song I can feel. Everyone should find something to relate to. It is just a great mix reggae and rock. It can bump at times. I mean from the beginning to end it just all awesome! The artwork is another reason to won this. Mine came with a holographic print of the art work. Inside and out it's so cool. Nice to cook to, drive, ride a bike, or just chill with some sangria or something like that. It makes me, feel like going to the beach, smoking some of you know what, and eating my organic food! Lol.

Very mature complex effort
Previously I only listened to the band at the behest of an ex-girlfriend. As reggae music is the primary music I have listened to for more than two decades I ignored most of SS's efforts essentially because she recommended it. I was playing the music snob. I did have the prior albums and would listen to them occasionally but that has all changed with Top of the World. This album highlights a band that is good in it's own right and can stand on it's own two feet without radio support. This is a band that plays just to play. A friend told me that he felt that this album edges toward Jazz and I followed up by stating some blues as well. It is a complex layer of sounds which showcases the band's maturity. It's really an incredible album and with that said don't look at buying tracks as this is really just one big evolving track; you will need the whole album. So take a day when you are lounging with some coffee and cut it up and give it a real listen. The boys have outdone themselves on this one.

Slightly Stoopid - Top of the World Album Review
I have been awaiting this album for a long time. I still remember picking up their last EP a little over 4 years ago. I had came across alot of live videos of new songs off of "Top of the World" in the past month or so and just listening to those few songs released as August 14th came closer, I knew the album would be of high quality. With that being said, I was still blown away when I listened to the album in its entirety for the first time. The guitar work between Kyle and Miles is great, as always. The 6 members of the band have evolved into such a smooth sounding entity that you often wonder if everyone in the band is a multi-instrumentalist, and not just Kyle and Miles. I couldnt be happier with the outcome of the new album, and recommend it to anyone who enjoys island music, reggae, rap , country, Etc. From "Way you Move" to "HipHoppaBlues" theres a little something for anyone and everyone on this new album.

実はCloser to the Sun以来、久しぶりのSlightlyです。Everything you need→Closer to the Sunの流れで行きついた感があったのでご無沙汰してましたが、今作のゲスト陣が元Jurassic5のCHALI2NA等豪華メンバーだったこともあり、買ってみました。
