My physical therapist was using one of these on herself to hit pressure pointe. I was there for myself and a fall, but I told her about my husband always having me to try to put pressure on his back where it spasms, and she said it would be great for that. It does seem to help him, and I have tried it myself several times and always get some relief.

I had a hook that was more like a cane prior and it worked perfect I let someone use it and so I purchased this one to replace it. This one the hook part is too small so you really can’t get it into your back where you need it to be unless you’re super tiny. Had to return

I'm fat and the reason I wanted it is for the back but it wont go over my body-That being said I do like it for other areas of the body but will need to buy an S shaped one for my back

I was out of town and left my old thera cane at home. Ordered this one, it's different than my other one, the green one. I am quite happy with it. It does just as good a job, if not better, than a massage therapist in getting those stubborn knots out along my thoracic spine. And I don't have to call for or pay for an appointment!
