What is the difference between this product and Anti-Adipocyte with Meratrim and IntegraLean African Mango Irvingia?

I don't know as I have not used the others.  I used this and noticed belly fat decreasing.  It didn't happen overnight but 4-6 wks with no major diet changes at the time.

Can anyone tell me what these contain?  Specifically, how much meratrim per dose/cap/svg & whether or not it contains a stimulant [e.g., caffeine].

Ingredients are as follows AdipoStat Proprietary Blend 400mg Sphaeranthus indicus extract (flower heads) and Garcinia mangostana extract (fruit rind), Integra-Lean African Mango 150mg (Irvingia gabonensis) proprietary extract (seed). Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, silica, vegetable stearate.  These are the ingredients as listed on the label. Hope it helps.
