Needed a one leg lift after surgery
I had a bad compound fracture (Skiing accident 50+ years ago), and bones didn’t fuse evenly), so when I had hip replacement surgery, my legs weren’t the same length causing pain when I was rehabbing. My PT recommended I get these lifts, and they have relieved the pain when I walk, which is what I really want to be able to do (no more skiing). I like the fact that the lifts are height adjustable by just peeling off or adding layers, and they appear very durable.

It's working
I had hip replacement and am a little uneven. So far so good with these. The handmade ones from the cobbler are expensive and they want measurements from your Physical therapist. This is a lot easier.

Hard to place in your shoe
The only issue I have with it is I had a hard time getting it all the way in my shoe. So it slips down and leaves a gap at the back of my heel. It does help my walking, so I'll try to do the other one better.

Stability of posture
I need them for stability walking. Guess that's what they're for. One leg is shorter that other after having had bout of bone cancer. So this help my spine be in more natural alignment

Support for feet
I like how "sturdy" theses were made and holding up well. I have them in my slippers that get worn more than my other shoes. The one thing I wasn't sure about was if you needed to take a layer away you would want to take the middle layer I think. It would have been nice to have instructions that came with the lifts.

Not great for athletic shoes
These might work great for dress shoes, but they don’t work well for athletic shoes or shoes that have a tapered heel cup. The bottom edge of the rounded heel portion of the lift is super sharp and not rounded or tapered like the typical heel cup construction of a lot of comfort or athletic footwear. The result is that you cant slide the lift all the way back into the heel cup area, and so when you walk the lift will slowly move forward. These are good quality, but not great for some types of footwear in my opinion.

Easy to insert and you will love them!!
Anyone who has had Achilles tendon surgeries, as time goes by will need these heel inserts.. This product is the most durable to use inside your shoes... I bought several as I will have them on hand for the future.. Have tried other brands but these last the longest and are better! Well worth the cost...

Great product
Using the lift has definitely helped my problem . After having hip replacement my good leg was shorter. Tried many cushion lifts this particular product is the most useful because of the layers you can choose the correct height. Well worth it..
