Good concept, but does not fit all brakes, even on my one vehicle.
After trying this tool on the four brakes of my 1992 Blue Bird bus, I find myself redesigning it. I may need to carry two of them, with different modifications. The tool simply does not fit all installations. In fairness, it may not be possible to design one tool to fit all the countless installations of air brakes on innumerable variations of vehicles.Of course, I drove 18-wheelers for 27 years and never used such a tool -- only my hand. But that was a young and strong man's hand. I want more leverage now that I am old and arthritic. But the OTC 5052 is not that tool, though the concept is good.

An excellent tool for checking air brake slack adjusters.
I use this tool twice a day 5 days a week and it is sturdy and works very well as a fulcrum lever to check slack adjusters.I am impressed and thankful it works so well - it makes my job easier.
