How is this shipped to ensure no damage? can you pay extra for more robust packaging? finally, where is it shipped from?

We have been constantly striving to avoid damages occuring during shipping. We have reinforced our packing in the original printed boxes and also included a strong brown cardboard box to prevent any damage to the printed box and the unit inside. These dispensers are orginally shipped from India. We open and inspect EACH & EVERY dispenser for damages before they are shipped to Amazon warehouse to be shipped to the end user. Initially Amazon use to put the dispenser boxes in a bigger shipping box before shipping to the customer. But lately we noticed that they started putting shipping labels on the printed box of the dispenser which is not fit for shipping thus exposing to a greater risk of getting damaged. This forced us to include an additional brown box to protect the entire printed box and the dispenser within. Hope this helps.

Disappointed quality

I selected it since I said this expensive item should be the best in its category but I was mistaken … since after I received it I washed it using only water, then I felt it up but a few minutes later I found that a black tâches & traces appeared in the bottom … I emptied it to verify these ( black ) spots so I touched them and found them unremovable … and this is make me totally disappointed … I felt that I bought something expensive & very useless which requires a cleaning process (& maybe maintenance ) even before use it.I don’t recommend to buy it …
