I am a skinny person and thought it would be too big for my arm, but it fits perfectly. The straps on it are very long so its adjustable for different arm widths. Its very comfortable to wear and not itchy like most of the products like this. I love that it has spaces on the inside of the elbow. I have an annoying vein that bothers me when there is too much compression placed against it for long periods of time. The spaces help to keep the compression off my vein. Overall this brace/splint keeps my arm straight and is helping my injured elbow to heal. I highly recommend.

the brace is effective to keep your arms straight. However I had alot of pain from the rods that straighten it. Placing foam inside can help if you are committed to using it but you have to also place the foam carefully so you dont worsen the original or a new problem from pressure points.

I ordered this brace to help with radial nerve entrapment which requires keeping my arm straight. I wore it only at night, as I can't get much done during the day with my dominant arm straight. It was comfortable, well-padded, and fit well--lots of adjustment room for arms larger or smaller than mine. It was a little awkward to adjust the first time, but more because I was trying it one-handed. Once I got it on and adjusted, it was no problem.

This sleeve is decent, serves its purpose... I slept with it every night for about a month or so but one of the straps ended up breaking so the quality definitely isn't the best.

Why would they put range of motion? The point is not have any...Anyway, this is a great product. Unfortunately, I had to return mine because it was too big.I'm 5'1" and thin.If you have short arms, get the child size.The adult size, even the small took up nearly my entire arm.So, I had no range of motion...but I didnt even have a wrist.Also, I had to wrap an ace bandage around it because the velcro wasnt long enough. I think the brace could have wrapped around my arm twice.But, again... I didnt measure my arm. It was my own fault.

Not comfortable. To stiff for my needs

Just enough compression to be supportive yet comfortable. I have some elbow pain, maybe tendinitis? Trying this fur awhile. I’ve been wearing it for a few days and it really does seem to help.

I've purchase this Brace twice over the past two years. Should of learned from the first time I purchased it that the brace does not last more than a week before the Immobilizer Splint Rods begin to rip through the brace fabric from just general wear-and-tear use while wearing.It's moderately comfortable to wear - and somewhat effective in stabilizing arm & elbow when experiencing ulnar nerve pain but the brace aesthetically will not last long.
