Perfect, affordable alternative!
I purchased this mouse originally because I wanted to baby my Razer Naga Chroma and leave it at my desktop rig, as I travel a lot and do quite a bit of gaming from my laptop. As anyone who owns an MMO style mouse knows, once you get used to using one, playing without is a nightmare. I purchased this as my road mouse in early 2018, and have been using it ever since. Honestly, I prefer it to the Razer in every way. It fits perfectly in my hand and is comfortable to use, and the way the buttons are separated on the side makes it easy to know which button you are using at all times. If you're on the fence, or just looking for a good mouse for WoW, or SWTOR, this is an amazing option!

Awesome Product/Company
Ive had this mouse for a while now and seen the poor reviews. Ive had no complaints with this mouse since i purchase this probably 2 years or more ago. The lights work fine,(cant control the color, based off dpi). I have large hands and love the progamable side buttons. Ive used the for wow and lol as i have trouble using the ctrl key and this made it very easy for me to not have to use it ever. You can save multiple different key bindings with their easy to use software. I love it still. Was just browsing to see if they had it in white for my new build is why i stumbled back across this. I had their cheaper mouse prior to this one(also worked great) why i upgraded to this one when i wanted the side keys. Awesome product!!!

Best Bang for Buck quality mmo mouse out there, PERIOD!!
Ok, here's the deal. I'ave been around computers before there were 'mice', before there were 'games', before there were 'displays'. Got the picture? Well I've worked with a LOT of 'mice, and simply put, anyone that pays more than than Amazon is selling this Havit for, if being taken for a 'ride'. Ergo? CHECK, build quality? CHECK!, PROGRAMMABILITY ? OFF THE CHARTS!!! simply put THE most versatile programmable, comfortable, quality gaming mouse OUT THERE. It's insane what this thing can do, and the manufacturer ACTUAllY supports their products? We're talking updated drivers, excellent programming, and voice to voice commo..Gotta say, I LIKE a company that cares about their products AND their customers. i HAVE NOT SEEN BETTER. CHECK!!!!!

If it's on sale buy it
I bought this mouse over a year ago. It withstood me playing mmo's for 3 hours a night most every day in that time. It's a heavy sturdy product. Only Cosn I have is there's not any customizable software. If you want that I recommend the Logitech g600 which I also own. The other con is it can be hard to tell the buttons apart by feel alone. Other than that, if this is on sale buy it. Can't go wrong.

Lasted about two years
I'm a weekend gamer, I don't really use my computer during the week - so although the mouse lasted that long, it didn't get a lot of use during that time. The right click 'button' is going out, takes multiple attempts of clicking before anything happens (mildly infuriating) I hope the mouse I replace it with lasts longer!

Incredible product, even better Company
I started using Havit products back in 2016 and I have always been satisfied! I had a lower end model of Gaming Mouse that they sold and within a couple weeks it started acting funny and it would randomly disconnect from my computer. I sent an email to the company telling them this and they promptly sent me a new mouse, with no cost to me and I didn't have to go to through the hassle of sending back the broken. The mouse has worked flawlessly for 3 years now, I upgraded to this model of mouse because I wanted to start playing some more MMO style games like SWOTOR.Havit is an incredible company that stands behind their product. I recently purchased a mechanical keyboard from them and I've been more than satisfied with it. I don't ever see myself buying anything other than Havit for a very long time.

Good mouse
I won't be buying another mouse unless this breaks or dies some how.i find it very comfortable and responsive, I like where all the regular buttons are and how they feel. My only con is that I couldn't map the side buttons to anything, but that is probably user error, i only tried a couple of times and didn't put much effort into it. If you can figure it out kudos to you 👍

Its alright, you get what you pay for.
Some buttons feel weird when clicking, been using it for 3 years+, it's alright for the price but domt expect it to be some razer mouse quality. You get what you pay for

Good design and price.
I was surprised with how easy I adapted to this mouse. The design is very good, comfortable. The 12 side buttons also have a decent felling, easier then other mouse/s I have tried. For the price, is more then worth it. It does not have the same "quality", options and performance of my old mouse, but it does have a better design and is a lot cheaper. My old mouse lasted more then 5 years, will have to wait to see how long this last. The company seems to be new in this "mouse" business, so I will try leave some constructive feedback, to help them improve. The design is good, you at eon the right track, keep on it. The plastics are decent, but since this is a gaming mouse, is fair to assume players will spend long hours with the hands on it, so try use materials that help with grip even if hands get sweaty. I was not able to assign the side buttons to the action bars in-game, had to use the software, and assign only 6 to some 6 keys from the keyboard. That's very sad, limiting a lot the potential of the 12 side buttons. Those 12 buttons need to be "free" to assign to any in-game ability. If i can do that in the provided software, then i dont know how, plz tell me. There should also be an option (button under it), to turn those 12 buttons into the 12 from keyboard, and off to independent buttons. You could fit a couple of extra buttons on the edges of the 2 main, left and right, gamers need options for macros. The left and right button, need to be more soft, less noisy. Last thing I remember, is the colors, always changing, and cant find the option to chose and keep just 1 color. Again, is very limiting to the potential, but if I can do it, just tell me how. But I still give 4 stars, due to the good design, ergonomic, decent quality and good price. If you ever make an improvement version based on my feedback, I will gladly get one.

Using the supplied software this was easy as pie
I’ma one handed hamer, I bought this mouse to map the WSAD keys to thumb buttons so I could carry on playing FPS games. Using the supplied software this was easy as pie. Any keyboard key can be mapped to any of the buttons on tge mouse. The only headache was my gaming laptop (Dell) soesn’t have an optical drive and the software comes on CD. Looking on the Have-it website yielded tge right software .exe file so I was up and running withing 20mins of opening the box. Its comfy in my larger hands. Highly reccomendd to less able gamers like myself!

Excellent mouse but....
Where to start? Packaging and presentation is very good and reminded me of that which high end boutique components often come in (think aqua computer etc) so minimalist but quality and pleasing to the eye. This was let down by the instruction manual which looked and felt like it had been photocopied on a machine that was running out of toner. The mouse itself feels solid, has a nice weight to it without being too heavy and looks really good. The cord is of good quality if a little stiff but have had no issues with it coiling up or dragging. The supplied software is easy to use and intuitive, assigning keys and creating macros is a breeze. Scroll wheel is very smooth and the scroll wheel has a good positive feel. Left and right buttons similarly have a good feel and are positive as do the side buttons and DPI buttons. LED lighting is good, bright enough to be seem at any time of day but not obtrusive at night and has enough options to satisfy most. Where this mouse loses ground for me personal is the ergonomics which isn't really the fault of the product. I have average size hands and find that the shape of the top buttons spread my index and middle fingers uncomfortably even though the overall width of the mouse isn't overly wide and after an hours gaming found myself unconsciously taking my hand off the mouse and flexing them. Also because of the shape and positioning of the side buttons this mouse is really only suited to people who prefer a palm grip otherwise operating the side buttons requires a bit of a stretch. All in all a quality product at a very competitive price point that I would highly recommend to anyone but do consider what shape suits your personal preference before buying.

Great mouse, buttons on the side are okay.
The mouse is, in itself very good. The reason I bought this mouse in particular is because of the buttons on the side. I thought the buttons would add extra functionality in games. Having had this mouse about 4 months, I have used the buttons about 4 times in all. They are not exactly easily accessible and I often get them mixed up. To press them, you need to use a bit more force than I would have expected too. The mouse is great but the buttons are only okay. The software that accompanies the mouse is great. Very simple to use and provides great customization.

Pretty good for the price but it isn't top notch
The build quality is pretty decent, though the individual side buttons have variable levels of rigidity, some of them clicking softer or harder than others. Not an issue once you've used it for a while though. The LED colouring, particularly with the DPI controls, is very nice. The DPI up/down controls make for easier use than my previous 'gaming mouse', which had only one DPI button so cycled through 3 settings, not giving the increase/decrease control of this mouse. The DPI setting is immediately visible from the colour of the lights and a little 4 light display to the left of the logo (under your thumb joint). The mouse itself is quite large. I previously used a TeckNet RAPTOR Pro (bought from Amazon too) and this mouse is much taller. The TeckNet RAPTOR Pro has slightly textured mouse buttons, making it good for quickly picking the mouse up if you need to swipe further. This mouse has smooth buttons and due to its size it isn't so easy to quickly lift and move across the mouse pad. This is bad practice for games though and I'd almost say its good for forcing me to use the DPI settings appropriately - on max DPI moving the mouse an inch causes the camera in PUB:G to spin through more than 540 degrees. If you've a small mouse at present you'll take a while to get used to the size of this mouse. The software has a few problems. It installs easily and loads minimised in the tray within Windows 10. The menus without the software are easy to understand and the variety of the options to short cut onto the buttons is huge (single or multi-key presses, macros etc). If you're only going to use 1 profile (ie you only play 1 game which needs all these shortcuts) then you're fine. If you're going to play multiple games (PUBG and RimWorld for me) you'll want multiple profiles and that's when you discover the profile loader is broken. Rather than clicking on the displayed list it took a while for me to realise you should right click, select 'load' and then find the relevant .bin config file within the software's install directory. Likewise to create new ones, right click. The software's profile menu buttons do not work, ALWAYS right click and use the little menu that appears. I'm guessing from some of the broken English of some menus/prompts the company which made the software was quite small and didn't have the budget for bug fixing or proper translation.I bought it to see if I'd be able to get used to a many-button mouse and if I do I'll likely get a higher quality mouse around £100. For less than £30 it is functional and looks pretty nice. If you need 19 buttons and you're only wanting to spend £30, go for it.
