Literally awesome for the price. I've had this for two weeks now and I only bought it for the dual chambered box. But the sub actually thumps. I was very surprised by how good the sub was. I'm running about 300 watts RMS to it and it handles it just fine. The box has cheap plexiglass so try not to touch or wipe it as it scratches super easily. But the box is not too big. And it is very nice quality. Very happy with my purchase and the price was right too!

the good:1. Speaker is attached using wood nuts and machine screws (slim chance of stripping it)2. Terminal cup is somewhat good (just don't expect to stick true 8ga wire in it)3, Plexiglas holes are recessed.4. Dual 3 inch portsthe bad:1. driver is garbage (i bought it for the case!! - installed speaker in box tuned to 35Hz with 125W - 4 hrs & the former separated)2. the enclosure is particle board (NOT MDF) and only 1/2 - 9/16 inch thick3. plexi-glass leaks along the entire length of it!4. front chamber is to small5. ports at barely 4 inches long are way to boomy this box tuning is around 75Hz if that6. no port noise because driver has NO X-CURSION whatsoever!did not have the opportunity to return so i purchased 2 3" precision ports left length @ 18 inches + mounted POLK MM1040dvc + replaced the plexi for 5/8 thick REAL plexi and hid the box under the stairsEVEN THOUGH the box is somewhat small you may not crank it up to what mm1040 can do @ 230WATTS the entire living room shakes to the point of massaging your body just by touching the wall!!the project now sounds good but way to much money and effort was put into it!!!

Great price for the box. Cheap speaker but I knew that before I bought it. It doesn’t sound bad though not sure how long it will last. I used it for the system on my golfcart because the box fit perfectly under the back seat.

This is a pretty quality box, I bought it however to put a JL cv300 inside as it fits the 10-inch. But all over quality was amazing and when I had the original speaker which was the pile in there for only an hour or less it sounded pretty good. Definitely would recommend this box especially for a home sound system... A classic from the 90s definitely was happy that even I had to wait for two weeks it finally came but definitely ripped to speaker out and put in the JL I believe it was a cv3

I've had good Pyle products in the past so I thought this would be a safe buy. Wrong! This really can't handle any power amp without going grainy. Box looks like a nice compact design, but it's really cheap as in Chinese made and the speaker itself sounds terrible. Does not accurately reproduce bass frequency's at all. It's just boomy.

GREAT PRICE GREAT LITTLE SPEAKER. I LIKE IT AND ITS WORKING WELL WITH SOME MONSTER BANANA CLIPS AND 14 GAUGE WIRE ON A HOME SPEAKER SYSTEM. I THOUGHT IT WOULD WORK WELL WITH THE PYLE 5.1 HOME STEREO RECEIVER THAT I GOT AND BE FUN FOR MY BARN AND MAN CAVE STEREO. THANKS . REALLY GOOD DEAL ON THESE FOR $46. SAVED ABOUT $100. LIKE IT. PYLE MAKES PRETTY GOOD EQUIPMENT AND ALWAYS HAS. JUST ASK THE CAR STEREO FOLKS IN YOUR LOCAL AREA, AND THEY USUALLY START OUT WITH A MIDDLE UPPER END MODEL ABOUT LIKE THIS, AND THEN GET TECHNICAL ABOUT YOUR SPECIFIC SOUND DESIRES THEREAFTER. THERE IS YOUR BIG CLUE. THEY ARE A GOOD PRODUCT AND ONLY GETTING BETTER AT WHAT THEY DO AS THEY GROW IN SERVICE AND PRODUCT DESIGN.

I tested it out and it worked, nothing extraordinary, but it worked.Next was to test the box with a different sub, it worked okay. The wood was not thick enough to be great BUT I would not complain for that because at this point I was testing a different sub than what it was intended fo.rLast, I tested the sub itself and it was bad BUT then again I would not complain because the product was intended as a complete box for which it does and OKAY job. The extra information is just in case you're thinking about tinkering with it. For the price I paid it was a good purchase

Pyle is usually a hit or miss 5 of 6 will be great this one is a 1 of 6 time's but a complete miss . i bought it solely for the box, was never expecting a great subwoofer but this speaker must be the worst sounding thing I've ever heard and im being generous.. but that's not a big deal i bought it for the box. Pyle intentionally used just a slightly undersized 10" woofer that wont fit any standard size 10" woofer without a min 3/4in speaker spacer. Then instead of screws it was bolted threw and half had the bolts fall off with lock washers to raddle inside box then they soldered the speaker wires to the cheapest wire and solder the wire to the connector instead of wire connectors that slide on the terminals everyone's familiar with so if you plan to just use the box you'll need to unsolder that junk and cherry on top..if you want to try fixing everything like the speaker bolts rattling inside and decide use a quality speaker youll need a 3/4 in speaker spacer to make any other speaker fit..Pyle you stopped the ball on this one!
