Best customer service
This company has the best customer service ever! Pam is amazing and want to make sure you understand how the product works. I even talked to the owner. I have not used the product yet but have no doubt it will work in my machine. Make sure you plan to use in a thermal binding machine that uses glue strips. the strips can be cut if needed.

If you are using these strips correctly with a binding machine, they work exactly as they should. I've never had any problems and I mend books for a public library.
