Healthy and fresh
Love that this cereal has no fat, no sugar and no sodium. And it has good fiber content! YayIt's very bland in its "as-is" state but it's easy to jazz up with fresh fruit and honey or yogurt.When I use milk ( unsweet almond milk ) this cereal goes soggy kinda fast - so I eat smaller amounts and refill.I also have experimented with making some of this into a healthy version of frosted mini wheats. I made a glaze out of allulose with a smidge of milk and drop of natural vanilla extract. You could probably make it with stevia too.

Very dense, soaks up a lot of milk
A bit dry even with milk as it is pretty dense. Taste is good, but I have to add sugar 😱 as it’s just too heavy without a little.
