Hi and thank you for your question. While there is natural variation in all MCT oils, the average fatty acid breakdown (in area %) of our C8 & C10 oil is as follows: C6:0 - 0.86% C8:0 - 56.87% C10:0 - 41.32% C12:0- 0.27% others - 0.68%

Q: Difference between Full Spectum and Premium?

Thanks for your inquiry. Our Full Spectrum MCT Oil is unique in that it contains a full spectrum of MCTs, including Caprylic, Capric and Lauric Acid (C8, C10 and C12 respectively) – while our Premium MCT Oil provides only Caprylic (C8) and Capric (C10) medium chain fatty acids.

Q: What is the difference between the premium mct oil and the organic? Is premium higher quality?

Our Premium MCT Oil is not certified organic. The only difference between our Premium MCT Oil and Organic MCT Oil is the organic certification. Both oils are of exceptional quality, providing equivalent amounts of C8 and C10.
