Plastic frames with stand attached to the interior. Easily removable. Some work some do not. That's not to say that the design of the stand is flawed, it's the fact that the frames are all slightly twisted-quite twisted, indeed!I have used similar frames for quite a long time and thought I would try these out because of the price point and the quantity of frames that I go through.These were nearly identical to my usual frames, being that they were plastic, had almost identical "stands", and with very little recess of the glass to the front of the frame (giving it a more professional look, strictly, in my opinion).Four of the twelve were filthy. They were all a little dusty and smudged, but a few were just dirty. They all cleaned up very well with a little effort and time. Both of which I value more than the frames or the glass.Speaking of the glass; I tried for nearly a half hour to get one pane of glass clean just to realize that it was just really inexpensive piece of glass that would never look "clean".Again, if I were in the position of needing "decent enough" looking frames for a very low price, and quickly, these will do the job.All in all, these are good for the price point if they are discounted. Otherwise, I'll be sticking to the other frames I have been using for so long. Easily found at the same price point.I hope this helps.Happy shopping!

These frames came well packaged and all were in good condition, making it easy for me to frame a series of 4x6 prints that I wanted to display together. The minimal black frame is just what I needed for these prints and the light weight of the frames made it easy to use picture hanging "putty" to adjust the placement until I liked the grouping. I'm very happy with them.

I am only returning this frame because my puzzle won't fit in this one. I am going to order the 16x20 inch.

Inexpensive , simple, attractive frames . Easy to reuse for multiple smaller size art, as the black background acts as a mat. I have used a lot of front loading frames with plate glass and never had a problem, but because these are larger than most, the bottom 1/4 inch corner of the glass cracked while I was spreading the frame top. I hung it up anyway, and it is not noticeable.

I purchased these frames to put up some posters and prints I had purchased over the years.Things to note - they are plastic, not metal. It is using glass and not plastic for the front. The frames hold the glass in VERY tight, so you need to be careful when prying them apart to put your picture in. The frames are very lightweight. I'm using 3M Claw drywall picture hangers to hold them on the wall. I know my middle picture is not centered, I set this up in a rush the other day. I'll fix it when I have time (famous last words)

These frames are nice and simple. I like the sleek design because I want my photos to stand out more than the frame. They are perfect for my mantle.
