These are great in helping improve ankle mobility over time, as well as providing a solid base for squatting at home

I bought it thinking it might help with form, and the second I stepped onto it I was amazed. Suddenly squats felt comfortable, natural, and balanced, and split squats felt controlled when I staggered the wedges. They feel sturdy with no movement while using them and I’m 215 lbs. I honestly hate leg day, but these wedges have made squats way better.

Excellent lifting wedges, allows you to get your feet closer together and put the load in a more optimal position for squatting while dealing with poor ankle flexion and tight hips, lifting shoes don't always provide enough lift for everyone and this can help until your flexibility improves...may help prevent knee injury from poor positioning as well
