Q: Product description says the emergency lights are led. is the exit part also led?

I believe all the lights are led however they are always on, not just when the power goes out.

Q: are the flood lights supposed to come on when the power goes out? after 24 hours charging flood lights do not come on when we cut the power

Yes . Your new exit / emergency light does require you to charge the battery before use . However you need to plug in the battery terminal to the circuit. The battery isn't connect so it won't charge.

Q: What are the lumen and color temperature?

11 lumens, not sure on color temp

Q: Do these LED exit signs are remote capable?

I have two of these in my office, there is no remote, they are supposed to be connected to an always on power source, so that they stay on continuously.
