WA3740 is a 32V charger, this WA3732 is a 20V charger. They are NOT compatible, not interchangeable, to each other. If your battery is a worx 32V battery, you just need a worx 32V charger. No 20v charger is compatible for a 32V battery. (I am assuming your battery is 32V since you asked for WA3740, which is a 32v charger)
