BLACK+DECKERspillbuster Cordless Spill + Spot Cleaner with Extra Filter (BHSB315JF)

I have lots of black and Decker products mostly cuz they are cheap but also effective. I use their portable vacuums quite a bit and have settled on 4 that ultimately get the job done. I drive rideshare so I need portable vacuums for my car. Almost all have had to compromise something for something else. This one was great in a crisis situation to quickly clean the upholstery and also generally effective later on to get deeper into the cleaning process. Although it does not suck all the carpet cleaning solution thereby requiring me to dry it out for a while. This product ended up malfunctioning and I was upset becuz I truly rely on these products to be there wen and where I need them. The other 3 vacuums have essentially done just that as well as a leaf blower and some power tools although the power tools are not really contractor grade. The one thing I do have to say is their warranty center made getting a free upgraded replacement soooo easy I felt compelled to write this review. Wow. It took no time to get a human and process it really blown away. Possibly the easiest experience I've ever had. Black and Decker stands by their core products but not accessories or batteries I think which could easily be an issue for some me not so much I honestly stuck with them cuz the interchangeable use of 20v battery between tools and vacuums. So far no problems with the 20 v.

This seller sold me a bad shampooer it does not work at all it does not have no suction water comes out the back area even when it's all the way charged it does not work at all

It is not great for actual carpet cleaning and I would say barely for sucking liquids up at all the sprayer is hard to spray and doesn’t get the area wet enough to clean I used a separate spray bottle and the tank for dirty water was barely full. Do not recommend for house carpet maybe for car floor mats or furniture. It is also super loud.

I like it because I have a Corgi that just turned 13 yrs old and now is having accidents. I live in an apartment and cannot let this happen. So clean up is vastly important.

Well, it was a great idea to have a cute little cordless spot cleaner. But the design is ridiculous and it doesn’t suck up the water enough. And you have to trigger spray the solution. Awkward, and not worth the effort.

I really do enjoy this product for cleaning my couch and car seats. It sprays awkwardly and is bulky but it does the job for an affordable price!

Compared to the price of other spot cleaners, it gets the job done. I was able to clean even old spots from my carpet.

This machine is made for small messes you could pick up with a part towel. The suction is very poor. The reservoir container for cleaning solution is really small. Water of my money.
