Had a Lucas case for years so bought two new ones. Slightly larger than a “cabin bag” but still OK for some airlines. Can fit more in. Well made snd look good.

I have had a lot of traveling on my schedule this year and will in the next year as well. I needed a good carryon bag. No matter how long the trip, I travel only with the carryon and a backpack for the electronics. I did a lot of researching and comparing before I decided. In fact I chose a different one first, took it on one trip and it was constantly tipping over. I was not going to to learn to live with that, so it went back. This is an excellent bag. It is definitely light weight. It rolls very well. And it does NOT tip over. Even with a backpack or other bag on top. The zippers are sturdy and work easily. The fabric is lightweight but very sturdy and cleans up well. I have been on Delta, Frontier, JetBlue, American, Southwest, and British Air and there was never an issue of size. I had another Lucas bag previous to this which I loved, and so I had an expectation of quality. This one is a very similar design but made with updated, light weight materials. I should have known this was the one. I am very happy with it.

My second round for this brand. They are rugged & easy to spot at airport carousel.

This luggage arrived promptly in two days as promised. The color is richer than pictured. I almost did not order this because it looked pastel in the picture to me. It is a beautiful shade of light purple, very pretty, different. I have not used it yet. It seems to roll smoothly. The zippers seem durable. The front pouches seem very roomy. It is lightweight but not in a cheaply made way. I cannot find anything wrong with it. Hopefully it will perform as good as it looks!

Edited to add:The seller (Ree) was incredibly responsive to my issues & resolved it better than I could have imagined. Such a joy to have a company go to such lengths to insure customer satisfaction. It was exposed to a light drizzle for 10 minutes. However, when I opened it later, I found everything inside was damp. Having to dry out all of the clothing was no fun, but if I had papers there, they would have been made illegible..If it was raining harder, everything inside would’ve been soaked.This was not a cheap suitcase. I expected. It to have some degree of water resistance which it did not.This was very disappointing—On.the first day of the second trip the front pocket tore open, rendering that space unusable.This suitcase was purchased 10 months ago & return window has closed. It is light and really very spacious. We have all sizes of these Lucas suitcases.
