Its like wearing a cheese grader around your ankle.
There are hard rubber supports surrounding the ankles and heels. Why aren't the most vital areas of the foot not padded and protected? They're just hard rubber exposed and wrapped around the ankle. I'd recommend using padded heel inserts, which btw are hard to install due to the tongue of the boot being sewed in all the way up to the top of the boot which makes putting on the boot incredibly difficult and forces your heel to rub up against the back of the boot which in some cases can cause the pads that you installed to be torn off by your heel. Its like they wanted to make sure that you were always going to be uncomfortable and any way to improve the comfort was going to be a huge inconvenience. Even if you installed padding, running with them on is incredibly uncomfortable. WORST BOOTS EVER NOT WORTH THE PRICE TAG.

Heel gets rubbed by the inside of the boot
I've walked in these abit and the leather like material on the heel on the inside rubs against the back of my heel idk ifnit may go away in time breaking them in
