Hi, my Spyle Qy8 Headphone with Mic Sport In-ear Bluetooth 4.1 Wireless Stereo Headset - Active Nois Cancelling I received is not what supplier offers. First thing and what I was anxiously spectating is "active noise cancelling" ... does not exist such noise cancelling, definitely the noises from any kind of environment can be heard no matter if earbuds are deeply and strongly inserted in my ears and this is absolutely uncomfortable......... + button voice announces "this song"......... - button voice announces "next song"..... 3 commands are difficult to reach and when jogging almost impossible..... bass, nothing spectacular, just a regular poor qualityI am asking to accept them back as I don't like them,. they are not what offered- announced.

The Spyle Qy8 Bluetooth Headphones work as good, and better than other Bluetooth headphones that I've tried before. The only reason I gave them the 4 of 5 stars was their weight. And though they are not the easiest headphones to adjust on your ears, for the price I think they are very solid!

does not say how many hours the battery will last after full charge, I have to charge my every 2 hours ,just to be sure never run down on me, since Idon't know how many minutes music i can play on one charge

Great sound quality. Still trying to figure out how to get the loop to stay in my ear especially when I run. I'm thinking I'm doing something wrong. Overall I do like them.
