Very comfy and thick. Taken 1 star off as anti slip base isn't really that great. It works to some extent and will be held in place a lot better if there was perhaps an elastic brace or similar. That being said, it's not a big issue for me so I still like the product. As suggested, definitely give it 24 to 48 hours to 'rise'. Ours looked terrible straight out of the packet with folds everywhere but has since filled out and you can't even tell they were there. As others have said, there is a strange 'cleaning product' smell when first opened, but after a few days of rising and airing, this goes away. We purchased for using in a campervan and so far, so good.

I normally get 4-5 hours of broken sleep a night due to back and knee issues.This cover is really comfortable to sit and lie on. I've been sleeping through the night, which is fantastic. I don't get too hot and I get quite a comfy sleep in.Now I don't know what happens while I'm asleep, but I wake up feeling like I've been beat up. Maybe the mattress is a bit too soft. Granted, everything seems to settle back into place an hour or so after climbing after bed, but those first moments are rough.So the trade off is 8-10 hours of sleep for 30 minutes of dear Lord who hit me with a car. I'll take it.

I've had this for a year now and it has totally transformed my hard mattress into a soft and comfortable one.

Makes a huge difference on my new mattress that I got that was to firm for me . Only issue I have is that it keeps creeping across the bed so have to adjust it every morning . It has rubber discs on the base to stop it moving but for my bed unfortunately doesn't work . Wake up every morning with it hanging over the mattress. Apart from that I've found it very comfortable .

I was worried this would stink of chemicals as per some reviews here but it was fine. Yes it did smell but I used it the same night it arrived and didn't notice any smell within an hour or two. So I also didn't wait days for it to fully decompress - I have neither the time nor the space for that. Within a few hours the creases (from being folded for delivery) were gone.The foam comes in a zip-up cover; I suspect some mm of the 5cm quoted thickness is for this cover. Regardless, it has made my bed SO much nicer despite there being a crap mattress underneath with springs so painful you think you're laying on car keys even when on top of the duvet.I am now looking to get their memory foam pillows but they are out of stock!One reason I chose this product is that this company is a Certified B Corp. If you're not sure what that is, look it up. But it basically gives you reason to trust they are not out to screw you over, or the environment, their workers or their supply chain. So I'm always happy to support such a company.Recommended.

renting in a tenement flat, the bed provided was hard as a rock. This mattress topper has been a life saver. Not too firm and not too soft. Have slept on it for months and have not made any noticeable indents. Slight smell upon opening as expected with foam matress topers, would recommend leaving in a room with an open window for a day before sleeping on it, but months later I'm still glad I made this purchase.

Arrived on time. Unrolled a bit creased but after a few hours all fine. It a good thickness as stated. Have had no pain in hips since it arrived. The cover is good easier to handle. Haven't washed cover yet but will be interested to see how easy to remove and put on again. I like everything about topper so far.!
