Best Chili Beans on the market
I grew up in Missouri and we had Brooks Chili Hot beans in the grocery stores all of the time. When my family moved to California, we had a difficult time getting chili beans that were anywhere close to these. My parents used to buy them and bring them back when we would go to visit. Thank goodness you can now have them shipped.Why are they the best? They have just the right amount of heat, spicy but not too spicy, The chili gravy on the beans is thicker and more like gravy than juice, which is a problem with any other beans. These beans are a staple for our family as a chili started as they are also packed with more flavor than other canned chili beans. In addition, they have mild if you like them less spicy, and Hot and Spicy if you like them extra spicy, although the Hot and Spicy ones are getting hard to find. I hope they don't discontinue them as I like to mix a can of each when making chili.

Would be better offered in smaller quantities
When you need your Brooks beans, you need them for the best chili ever! But 24 cans? I’ll definitely use them eventually, but sold in this quantity, most of mine arrived dented (20 out of 24 cans) because of very poor packaging. Even packed well, it would be tough to get the cans to their destination undamaged due to the weight. They’d be better off selling them in a more manageable quantity weight-wise. Other than that, you can’t beat these chili beans for flavor!

Only brand for chili
Tried many other beans when moved from IL but Brooks Chili Hot Beans are the only ones that add enough spice to my chili. Just the right texture too! Used to have friend ship them from IL but now so great they're available from Amazon.

Excellent beans!
Best chili beans ever. Cannot find these anywhere but on Amazon. Target used to carry the small cans but unsure if they still do. Amazon please don’t discontinue! They are so good.

The best chili beans!
Always made my chili with Brooks Hot Chili beans but when I moved south I couldn’t find them anywhere. It just never tasted as good with other brands. Thank goodness I can get them on Amazon now. Happy family!
