Amazon Basics USB A Cable with Lightning Connector, Premium Collection, MFi Certified Apple iPhone Charger, 10 Foot, 12 Pack, Gray

I normally use Samsung tablets (easier to integrate with Windows and Office and not having to use iTunes) but acquired an iPad and iPad mini a few years ago. I am very good at losing charging cables so thought I would get a pack of twelve so I had a better chance of finding one when I needed one.I am very disappointed at the quality of these cables. The part just below the connection seems OK, then suddenly a few tears appear, then the whole thing falls apart. Charging is temperamental - having to unplug then replug the cable into the iPad to try to get it to charge is very irritating. Amazon can do better than this.EDIT: I have reduced this review to one star as I have now had three cables on the trot fail out of the box. I won't be buying these again. I will now have to source new cables which is a cost I cannot afford having bought these to last for a significant period of time.

Having tried various leads over the years they have all broken with time. Bought these with the guarantee in mind as they won’t get an easy life with the kids abusing them.Great length for keeping devices plugged in whilst in use but for iPads there really temperamental. They need to be plugged in a few times before they work on the iPads most of the time but occasionally work first time. Frustrating as there’s no obvious reason.

Been using for a while now and no issues found. They’re nice and durable and the heads are supported quite well meaning they’re probably not going to break like other versions out there
